Competition
The Junior Olympic (JO) and XCEL classes will participate in the USA Gymnastics program and competitions. It is a developmental program that focuses on preparing young gymnasts for competitive gymnastics. Our program is progressive and structured to ensure the gymnasts follow the technique and conditioning required to stay safe and confident in the gym. Qualifying for a gymnastics team is very exciting, but also involves a high-level of commitment and responsibility from both the gymnast and their family. Must be pre-approved by a coach to sign up for these classes.
High School Gymnasts will participate in NDHSAA season from November to February. They will compete with and against schools from across the state. We recommend gymnasts be at or above USAG Level 5 to participate. Must be pre-approved by a coach to sign up for these classes.
